What if I want to cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. If you cancel within 12 hours of appointment time, the cancellation fee is equal to 1/2 (50%) of the scheduled service.
Do I need to have my home professionally cleaned prior to Mr Disinfector's services?
No. Please keep in mind, the cleaner the surfaces are prior to our visit, the more effective our results will be.
Do I need to remove items from counter tops, desks, tables, ect?
You don't have to do anything different prior to our arrival, however, we do recommend you declutter surfaces to ensure the most effective results possible.

Is this service safe for me, my family and/or my pets?
Absolutly YES!! The solutions we use are already approved by the FDA, EPA (list N) and USDA (Certified Organics).
Can I be home during the service?
Yes. We ask that you leave the room temporarily however, you are free to roam your business or home while we are spraying.
Is there a residue left behind?
No. There is nothing left behind but cleanliness.
How long does it take to dry?
We suggest 10 minutes drying time, but it rarely takes that long. Soft surfaces (couches, bedding, fabrics, ect) take a little longer than hard surfaces (marble, tile, wood, granite, ect).
